Yes. it's possible for the DEALER to program your remorte to unlock all doors as a custom programs. but, YOU can't program it yourself.
If the car is new, the dealership may program this custom setting free of charge as a courtesy. Otherwise, they may charge a fee. My dealership custom set my Lexus at no charge.
Contact your local dealer and learn. lexus.com/lexus/jsp/pub/dealers/contact/dealer_contact.jsplexus.com/lexus/jsp/pub/dealers/contact/dealer_contact.jsp">lexus.com/lexus/jsp/pub/dealers/c.

yes, its supposed to do it by itself, or you may be able to go to you are local lexus dealer and ask them. it's definitly worth it if you may be able to ONLY open the drivers side with the remote that supposed to open all of them.

No, it is for your safety. For that reason the default is your door only & click twice for all doors.
Believe me there will be a time in a black parking lot when your daughter has the car you will be happy it is the way it's.

Just brought my new RX400H in for it is 1st service and they asked me if I was okay with the way the doors/locks operated. I asked a more and he said he could change it for me, but because this was my third Lexus I did not think it was needed. I like the security of it working once for drivers side and twice for all doors.

Yes, it's possible to have your remote unlock all door with one press. This may be change in the Lexus Personalized Settings. but, these customized settings must be programmed by your Lexus dealer.

well I think it is standard. majority of people have to press it twice so all doors are unlocked. but if you press the lock, it'll automatically lock all four doors I think.
