The only way to have front wheel drive truck is if it's a four wheel drive and you disconnect the rear drive shaft.

The Volkswagen Pick up or the Dodge / Plymouth Rampage. Neither are made anymore since mid 1980s .

None unless you include when 4WD is on. otherwise all 2wd models are RWD.
