Does anybody know the MPG for Jetta 2.5 L?

I'm planning to change my car for a Jetta 2.5L, but my concern is if this could be a good choice for a mid size car and fuel efficiency.

I could appreciate your comments.

Manual trans: 22 city, 30 hwy

I've got one.. we get around 25 26 mpg average I think, we usually drive in what could be considered "city"

it's quite good, think about a TDI although if you really want good mileage for, just, the same car.

the MK V jetta is a great car.
