Volvo oil light comes after warmed up. new sending unit.?

i have a 2002 volvo c70, I bought used with a bad turbo that came separately filling exhaust with oil. I had turbo replaced, then while driving the new turbo went bad then replaced that. motor has been sludged, removed cleaned pan and changed oil to a synthetic and cleaned pan and screen but was not too bad with sludge the pick up screen wasn't clogged. I had oil sending unit replaced. and manually tested and was told that was good. .

what could because this to do that if pickup tube is clean? is this motor hopeless? engine is calm, no taps or ticks.
also how long should it take to burn oil from exhaust it seems like a dump truck driving down the street.

there's an oring kit for the pickup assembly. typically these rings get hard and brittle. When that happens air get pulled in with oil causing pressure issues.

You can get the kit at a deler, drop the pan and replace the o rings on the pickup assembly.

Usually that will fix the light issue.

Did you clean out the oil supply and drain lines that connect to the turbo. They can get clogged up, too. You do not talk about that in your notes, so they can be something you may want to look into.

check on the turbo hose.this is over the engine or side I may say.if this is loose.
