they're the same car just two different engine sizes and yes price points. IS 250 it's a zippy car and plenty fast. zero 60 is 7.9 seconds. The IS 350 is 5.3 seconds. The IS 350 has a more advance stability and traction control system VDIM and VSC to manage to increased power.

And of course with a smaller engine you get better gas mileage. IS 350 21/28, IS 250 24/32 .

The IS 350 is only available in rear wheel drive. The IS 250 has choices of rear wheel drive, all wheel drive or six speed manual transmission.

Engine size. The 250 has a 2.5 L, 206 hp V6, the 350 has a 3.5l, 306 hp V6. The 350 is about $5K more.

The IS250 also has better performance than the last IS300. Faster and more fuel economical.

Some minor differences you may be able to check on Lexus.com, but major one is the IS250 you may be able to get with all wheel drive, but IS350 you can't, only rear wheel drive.
