Is there any turbos or Bodykits or Things like Sound Systems I can Hook up a Lexus ES300 Model 2000?

do not waste you are money, it is an ES. If anything get an older style IS. There were body kits made for them. Sound system is no prob. Check out Crutchfield.com if you purchase something from them they tell you how to hook it up, and what fits you are car.

Get a supercharger/turbocharger if they have one to increase your car's performance or you may be able to put a sport muffler in which makes that VROOM. sound.

cold air intake, catback exhaust and there are some body kits available but I don't think they makes turbos
