What is a good add on performance chip for the 2007 Mercedes E550 by upgrading accelerations?
I am not wanting to go to a higher maximum speed but I could like to have a faster zero 60 time by better accelerations.

I would not recommend going this path. Chips do not give you enough performance get to merit the costs and the voiding of the factory warranty.
It used to be the case that chips could help. This was mainly due auto makers calibrating their engine electronics conventionally, mainly to run on regular gas instead of premium. Back then, a chip could recalibrate your settings and give you a nice increase in power. DInan built its company on this premise chipping BMWs in the 1980s.
Today, but, auto businesses do this themselves straight from the factory. There just is not much room for a chip to do anything on a usually aspirated car. For a turbo or supercharged car, chips can make a big difference still since increase pressures may be changed.
Additionally, cars today are much heavier, so the amount of HP/torque get you could have to make any noticable difference is 15 20 HP. regardless what chip manufacturers or tuning shops tell you, you just are not going to get that kind of a get for usually aspiriated V8 like in MB's E550.
Don't waste your money and risk voiding the warranty on your car which you'll do if you install a chip, at least to the extent the chip may be argued to play a role in any engine problems .
The E550 is PLENTY fast on own. IF you really want to make a meaningful addition, wait untill Kleemann builds a supercharger for it. it'll set you back ten great at least, but that will make a difference.
