replace all your speakers in your car, all four door speakers and most likely replace your tweeters. get a sub either a ten or twelve plus an amp. replace your radio also it'll push more watts to your speakers. this will make your system sound good. if you want a lil more bump you may be able to add two subs instead of one. if cash isn't a problem go all out and purchase the best of the best for the best sound. if you want a good system for a great deal that is doable. i',d tell get most of your stuff off ebay its cheap but also good quality. attempt to stick with the name brands you don't wanna but crappy no name stuff in your car. if you're goin to do it yourself good luck and email me if you got any questions about the install. if your gettin it done by a professional just tell them what you want and theyll hook you up

I agree with Silk, really depends on the car. I mean it's generally smart to replace all the factory speakers, because most are pretty cheap. And the price range for speakers are anywhere from 50 to 600. You really just have to hear them for yourself. Then you want to pick a four channel amp to power all those inside speakers. You say you have four new speakers, don't know how good they're, but you may be able to hook a descent four cahnnel amp up to them, and really bring the highs and mids out. I too could reccommend a ten or two 8s in a sealed box, they'll give you the most clear, exact sound. You say you have one sub, I could put it in a sealed box and put a 500w mono block amp to it. THe 800w is more than probably the max, you want to push it at the rms wattage. A descent deck is generally a plus too.
