i live in Mich. and the quote I got for a six passenger Chrysler 300 limo for four hours was $560. Is that alot?

That's actaully a great deal. We did not do limos at all because it was just another cost. We rented a super nice hummer in white from a rent a car place for $48. :

Kinda,But limo businesses are independent businesses and set their own prices which can differ largely from company to company,day/date/time of year you want the limo for/type of vehicle/amount of time you want the limo for and state to state.My advice to you is to take out your yellow pages phone book and start calling all limo company in the book and choose then.
