Every Lexus uses Premium Unleaded. In other words, the highest number at your gas pump.

It should say so in your manual. My guess could be 93 which is premium unleaded.

Well I’m sure it'll recommend the premium 93 but really the octane in the fuels are there to help with what’s called ping the sound your car makes when you speed up. The general rule is to use the lowest octane 87,89,93 that doesn’t make your car ping. That being said the newer cars are engineered with such tight tolerances that they on occasion require higher octane for best performance. If you have one of these cars I could say run a tank or two of each and see if you may be able to hear the ping or notice a diff. also look in your manual it should tell you what is suggested.
this may help

it should run on 87 octane, which is regular,id at least attempt it on it,if it does not run well on it switch it to mid grade which will be 89 octane, also look in the holders manual and see what it says it should have in it,they frequently over rate what a car should have run in it,a lot of times they'll run good on less octane,or a cheaper gas, good luck with it.
