What part of an Acura's vin# shows if it has navigation?

I'm looking for a 2005 or 2006 Acura with navigation and maybe DVD. I am looking at a MDX, TL or TSX.

no part. its not going to be in the vin. They way its broken down shows where its made make model variant engine chassis.

I do not believe this is going to be easily decoded by looking at the VIN.

But seriously, if you're looking at an ad, they're generally going to tell you if it has navigation, because it's a selling point.

If you're really shopping, a fast peek inside the window will also answer that question.

As for your choice of cars, the MDX looks a little dated now thanks to the '07 coming out. The TSX is a little slow. The TL is a good all rounder. I have had my TL '05 model for 18 months and it is great. I bought it just around the time the '06 comed out and got a nice deal. I never got navigation, wish I had although I could rarely use it . I will get it in my next car.

only thing the VIN# shows its where it is made and it is real number.starts with a J, made in Japan.
