Import and US, Toyota and Jeep and Hyundai and Chevy and Ford and Honda and. you'll hear strong arguments on both sides of the fence. you may be able to find million mile stories and died after 50,000 miles stories from all four.
I personally believe that any of the vehicles you list are going to be quality vehicles. With correct maintenance, any of the above will go well over 200,000 miles without big breakdowns. I do not think quality is your deciding factor.
If buyer opinion matters to you, check edmunds.com for reviews. They post user reviews also as important reviews, and you may be able to compare featrues and alternatives side by side. do not go by buyer Reports they're I believe very and unjustifiably predisposed toward Japanese made cars, and they wear white lab coats to make themselves seem important.
Most importantly, I recommend test driving each car twice. Drive all four, then drive all four again, so you may be able to compare what you liked and disliked about each. Pay attention to how each drives, accelerates, brakes, handles bumps in the road, handles corners, etc. How do you like the dashboard layout and where things are located? Do you care if there's an oil pressure gauge or a volt gauge? Do you find the radio, heat/ac alternatives, color schemes, roof rack, style, etc. to your liking? What does each offer for 4x4 systems, and how important is that to you?
Tell the dealership sales rep that you're interested in all four, that you're comparison shopping, that you aren't prepared to purchase today. Ask why this car is better than the other three. Toyota will start off waving the "quality" flag and tell you that all the others are junk. Tell them, "Suppose that is not the deciding factor. Now what else do you bring to the table?"
After test driving all four vehicles, go home and sleep on it, and weigh the driving experience in all four, till there's a clear winner in your mind. Then go back to the dealership and talk turkey.
Sorry for the long winded answer, but I believe purchasing a car is a big buy. You want all the info you may be able to gather before you take the plunge. Good luck, and I hope you love whichever SUV you decide.
