What to use on Jeep window?

Just bought a 2008 Jeep Wrangler..dealership put temp tag on back window with tape which has left a sticky spot. What can I use to take off this that will not damage the window?

I should talk about that it's on the soft top, so it's a plastic convertible window. I tried Goof Off but that just smeared it. I may just have let the dealership take it off.

Let the dealer take the sticky off. If they do damage they have to fix it. Congratulations on the new car.

Razor blade and it does not scratch it

If it's a glass window any solvent will be good if it a plastic convertible window use a product called goof off

Take it to the dealer.

There are merchandise out there but most will because damage to the plastic window.

If it's glass use a one sided razor blade scrape off as much as you may be able to.
Then clean it the rest of the way off with a little gas on a rag.

Then wash the glass.

fingernail polishes remover, rubbing alcohol or Windex, have fun

Rubbing alcohol worked for me. Also attempt hot water.

soak it with Varsol something like thinner but least potent and rub it off.
