This is a subjective question.
The other day I saw my friend's 1958 Speedster just back from the restorer it was great. And to him the answer most probably could be his speedster.
However, his neighbor has a 1959 Roadster wow, knock your socks off.
My husband loved his 1998 993 large body Carrera S nearly as much as I loved our 1979 911SC.
We have a Boxster that handles great it has a sports suspension in it and it does make a difference.
I guess the answer then it's what ever model you have fallen in love with love how it handles and just have a good time with it wherever you go.
Models that I do not think about that great were IMHO
The original 914 1st two years of VW production but what was great was the 914/6
I would not want a 924 Audi although another neighbor has her original, drove it off the show room floor and loves it. She can not beat the gas mileage and she takes good care of it, so it rarely needs maintenance repairs.
A 944. This is personal I just do not care for it or the 968 but.if you need a car for track only what a honey.
A 928. We owned one. Hated it. six months afterward we were back in a a 930. We called it the ship it went side to side all over the lane when we drove it.
Any prototype. although they're great if you're very wealthy and want to show them off what nightmares to preserve.
But these cars all have people who treasure them.
Hope that assists.
