The Lexus RX300 was the world's 1st entry level luxury midsize crossover SUV. It had a 3.0 L V6 hence the 300 making 219 hp mated to a four speed transmission. The success of the RX300 led to its replacement the RX330, which appeared in 2003. The RX330 was a total redesign and shown new sheet metal and has been powered by a 3.3 L V6 making 240 hp mated to a five speed transmission. Lexus' success in the entry level luxury crossover market inspired BMW, Infiniti and Land Rover to make merchandise for this burgeoning part. When the RX330 made its first appearance it now competed against the X3, the FX35 and the Freelander.
As a mid cycle refresh the RX has been fitted with a 3.5 L V6 making 270 hp, making it the RX350. Other upgrades included new paint alternatives, rims and an upgraded navigation system.
The RX 400h is the hybrid variant of the RX which combines the 3.3 L V6 with electric motors and nets 272 hp. It has a different front grill and round foglights also as differently styled LED rear lights. The RX 400H is a SULEV Super super Low Emission car and consumes less fuel than its regular gas powered RX350 counterpart.

There is no diffrence, but there are differences.
Why are you asking your question here?
Wouldn't it be easier to go to or phone the Lexus Dealership?
You may also google for information.

It's all about engine size. though, the RX 300 comes in two different generation styles. nevertheless the RX 300 has a 3.0 L V6 engine, the RX 350 has a 3.5 L V6 engine, and the RX 400h also has a 3.5 L V6 engine, but since it is a hybrid, the electric engine is .5 liters which makes the great total of a 4.0 L V6. If you have not noticed already, the numbers after the name of the car indicate the engine size by moving the decimal over two spaces.
