What's the longest you have driven without stopping? |

I just finished a 404 mile trip in 5.25 hrs and I thought that was pretty good. that is about 77 mi/hr average, I felt like I drived the 24hrs of LeMans.

about 750 miles, stopping only for gas. I have done this many times Portland, Or to Fresno, Ca. I am generally exhausted and happy to be at my destination. I tend to drive faster to get the trip over with. it is usually about a twelve hour trip, but I have done it just over eight hours overnight.

Back when I drived an Isuzu diesel sedan, which got 50 MPG on the highway, I use to drive from Austin, TX to Joplin, MO. It was right at miles door to door and with no pit stop it took me a bit under twelve hours. When I was a young Marine I drove from Los Angeles to Joplin with out rest, just stopped for gas, toilet and coffee. Slept for three days after I got there.

I am now at an age when I have to go to the toilet every not many hours, and keep replenishing the liquids in my body.
When I was much younger around age 20 40, I could go non stop from sunrise to dusk or more without stopping. I have never liked driving at night.
When I was a volunteer with a club that organized seminars, and we invited feedback from the audience how we can improve our performance, I remember feedback from a doctor talking about it being unhealthy for people to be seated same place for more than two hours . it's healthy important to stop periodically, get up stretch.
