it is under the car in the rear just in front of the fuel tank if you may be able to get the car in the air it is easy to do. Remove the black cover and you'll see the filter and fuel pump. You need two wrenches to take off the lines one to hold the filter and one on the banjo screw that goes into the filter. be sure you wear old clothes as you're going to get gas on you. Also use a pair of vice gripes to clamp the fuel hose coming into the filter or you could lose lots of gas.
Last when you restart the car it'll take a minute for fuel to return to engine so don't be alarmed if cars idles humorous for a minute.

2 alternatives, Mercedes, or get greasy only after you have read a book reporting the procedure, as this may disuade you from attempting this.

Take it to a mechanic and pay them to get dirty for you.

take it only to a merecedes dealer..... you do not want mechanics to mess you are car up..
