is it T3 or T4?

The above answers are wrong. But atleast the second one was close. Its just a Toyota flange, exclusive to Toyota turbochargers. The turbo that comes on the Supra is called the CT 26.
If your wanting to purchase an upgrade turbo there are businesses that will take your stock turbo, rebuild it, and upgrade the compressor wheel. Look out for ATS racing, they're a recognized expert. But it may be easier to get a manifold with the flange your looking for. They sell them all day on ebay for around $100. Search 7MGTE.

The flange on the factory turbo is a ct 25.
