What's wrong with my Volvo's sunroof?

I have a 1993 Volvo 940 Turbo Estate with 186K miles. The issue is about the sunroof, in which it could open but it will not close. I checked the fuses and all are well. What am I supposed to check as being flawed, the switch or the sunroof motor?

If the motor is opening the sunroof, it seems right that the motor is ok. I could suspect the switch since Volvos are notorious for electrical switches going bad.

You should check the motor 1st. If it functions properly, attempt the switch.
