It may be a few of things. Start cheap and work your way to costly.
1 Begin with having your tires rotated and balanced then ask the mechanic about the form of your tires. If your tires wore uneven having them balanced may not fix the problem but by having them balanced the mechanic can tell you about the wear and be able to tell you if the shaking is coming from the tires being out of balance then wearing incorrectly. If this is the case then you may need new tires or just live with the shimmy. Balance should cost between $20 to $30 on occasion businesses throw in a balance and rotate with a oil change as a special call around .
2 Go to alignment from here if it is not your tires. Alignment has a tendency to influence everything despite of speed though it'll be more obvious at higher speeds. An alignment may run anywhere between $50 to $80 based on the place and if or not they're running specials. Some places will give you a free alignment check ask for it.
3 If it is not tires and your car is aligned then it is most likely bad news. It may be anything from engine shaking caused by lots of possibilities, lack of oxygen, fuel pump, broken brackets, bad timing, etc. to problems with the transmission and the axles.
I could start with having your tires checked. My dodge doed the same thing and it was my tires so hopefully you will get lucky.
