Sounds like low oil pressure. attempt switching to straight 30 or 40 weight oil. I had a 93 Caprice with a 350 that doed that. I could get an oil light when I could floor it, too. I changed to 30W Mobil one and the problems went away. The car has over 200K and is still running. I sold it to a man a block away.

That is a sign the engine is near the end of it',s life. most likely a worn or stuck valve lifter. Start shopping for a new van.
