there aren't spark plug wires on a 2003 Mustang GT. Just get your 1/4" drive rachet and 9/32" or 7mm socket to take off all eight COPs coil on plug to access the spark plugs.

I think they were replaced with spark igniters,so they don't have plug wires and no plugs.

As crazy as this sounds I do not beliv they have any, My six cyl as wires that lead to the plugs an every one has a coil over the plug.???

get a Haynes book on yoUr car it should be if you looked a you are motor 4.6 you are left side is one four one being the one closest to windshields side same but five eight look at you are dis cap find num one and match up good luck

Your 2003 mustand GT doesn't have spark plug wires. Your car has coil paks, which are located near the fuel rails beside the fuel injectors. This design makes for better spark and performance.
