I work in the vehicle Cosmetics sector and worked around Lexus since 1997. I have seen many aftermarket things for all Lexus except the SC line. This line was marketed towards the older, retired crowd so usually not much aftermarket is out there.

The only item for grill I have seen in my years for the SC430 could be the following:

It is just plastic chrome that's stuck over the original grill. If you're wanting something more I could say find a local metal/aluminum shop and have them custom make you one. Not much to a grill so I could guess $200 custom.
