there s no comparison . porsche cayenne is exclusive. its for classes not masses. x trail is good but nothing in comparison to cayenne

go with nissan, unless you do not mind being at fix shop every week, and using only premium gas., why not toyota 4runner or lexus rx330,they a 10x's better..

it really depends on your taste if you like more comfy smooth driving in stylish looking and expansive SUV you decide the porsche cayenne, but if you r an off roader you decide the nissan xtrail because it has more resistance at off road than porsche

PS:my personal fav is the porsche as it's one of the fastest and the most cool looking SUV's in the world

If you are really planning on taking your SUV off roading, then I'd say hands down the X Trail I believe that is the Xterra in the US . If you are purchasing with the mindset of driving in town and on highways, then the Porsche is easily the better choice.
