Why do people put lexus lights on non lexus cars?

For the same reason mazda fitted them to the 626 and peugoet made them an optional extra 206 . "Quality" units emit more light than the conventional lamp unit designs. Another favorate was the BMW M3 Mirror they were on everything, a smart idea will generally be a liked one.

I'd rather put non Lexus lights on a Lexus never liked those lights.
It's interesting be aware of that the new Lexus IS has normal lights.
Obviously Lexus customers did not like them much either.
