seriously look into ball joint issues or possibly you have a bad strut. will get worse over time, if not taken care of.

Suspension problem, needs to be fixed for your safety. Take it to a garage and get it fixed

That may be lots of things.Loose/worn suspension struts/coils/mounts,ball joints,tie rod ends,brake caliper/wheel bearings,lug nuts/bolts, loose body parts,bumper/fender bolts,inner shields, etc,etc,etc.Better jack up the front end and start wiggling things to learn what is loose.
