Why will not my DUAL XDMA7715 open/eject a cd?

every time I hit the open or eject button it'll beep so I know it registered but it will not open or eject.
any ideas?

Take out the radio, then disassemble it. It really not that hard, once some screws are removed, get a pair of pliers and attempt to hard the cd out. Its just the same thing a fix shop could do. If you aren't comfy with it, then send it out for fix.
