Yes.. You just have to flip them around. The late 3rd gens has some weird offset/backspacing. The wheels are marked on the inside part of the back of wheel. it'll have a size stamp like 16 x eight then it'll have an "F" for front, or an "R" for rear.
When putting them on a car like your 70 camaro you'll want to put the ones marked as fronts on the rear of your car and ones marked as rear on the front of your car
Bolt pattern is the same five x 4.75 like most if not all small and med size RWD GM cars and trucks
Same screw pattern for all camaros, rwd novas, chevelles, S10/S15 trucks and blazers, monte carlo, regals, cutlass, etc etc
