Will E36 M3 suspension fits in E36 non M3?

Anyone knows if E36 M3 coupe suspension struts and spring will fits E36 non M3 sedan and does it reduce the car or not? Thanks for the help.

Yes they fit, lots of e36 holders use the m3 suspension as a nice OEM+ upgrade.
But I think the ride height is still the same, or a minimal drop.

It will lower it maybe a 1/2 inch, and I thought you needed the m3 strut mounts although I may be wrong .
