You are a minor. Your parents are accountable for your actions. they'll learn about this. You drived RECKLESSLY without a license and you provided false info to a police officer. he's your license plate number and can find you. He could most likely tack on a curfew infraction also, if one applies.

You had better call the police officer and come clean with your story, the more you lie, the more trouble you're going to be in. regardless what you do, your parents are going to learn about your late night escapades.

You do not deserve to get a drivers license for being so stupid.

Ring the police now and admit your mistake, and you had better tell your parents before the police tell them .

Just step up and tell your parents. Do you have the money anyway to pay the ticket? most likely not, so you'll have to tell your parents sooner or later. The sooner they know, the better. They can contact the police who wrote the ticket and see what to do next. you are in over your head.

I agree with everyone else, tell your parents. though being the mom of two girls, if you were my child and I learned after the fact this happened, it would not matter if you could still get your license at 16, I would not let you till you were 18 at least. Good Luck.

I could seriously propose you tell your parents and ask them to hire a lawyer to deal with this. you'll undoubtedly lose your license till you are 21 in most states, though I am not sure about IL, and you will most likely be charged with false info to a police officer, driving without a license, driving a minor without permission, and most likely other things also based on the laws of Illinois. I would not attempt to manage this alone, or you will most likely get screwed. Unless one of your parents is really experienced with traffic court, you will be better off with a lawyer.

form the sound of it you will lose your license for some reasons driving under age, no license, reckless driving, and past curfew. then then also some fines or community service false info on your name, address, age, and not having a license. and if you do not call him he'll be able to learn where you live by the old address you did give him. and More than probably when you go to court for the you'll have to deal with one pissed off judge and officer. if I was you I could call him asap explain as best as you can and hope for the best.
