Well . 1st off . why could you want to?
Seriously although, if you want to, you can not. The BMW's are rear wheel drive . I am not aware of any camber kits out there that can accommodate this extreme camber for the drive wheels. The drive shafts can not accept this kind of angles.
Look at the Accord's drive wheels front wheels and you will see that they're comparatively straight for the same reason.

I'm pretty sure you'd be good to get the neg camber you want. Thing is, I am not sure why you'd like to. Neg camber is usually used on racecars. Yeah, it'll give you better grip in your corners, but you will sacrifice quick stability.
Now if you don't care, hell yeah, get on it.

no you can't get that much camber out of your car. No offense, but that's quite possibly the most stupid thing I have ever seen. there's no reason to have that much camber on any car what so ever. These cars are meant to have around one to 1.5 degrees of negative camber in the rear and around one for the front. On full blown race cars I see around three degrees, which is lots.
Do your wallet a favor and do not do it because your tires are going to wear prematurely on the inside and not at all on the outside.

Sure. Just disconnect the rear camber arms at the eccentric screw, and push the top of the wheel in till the CV joint jams. You did not say you wanted to really DRIVE it..lol.
