i do not think you may be able to get a lancer for under $5000. my friend just bought an OZ lancer for 8500 with 128,000km on it. he bought it from a car salesperson who bid for him at the car auction.
If you know someone who can bid for you at car auction then you may be able to get the yellow lancer for under 5000. at car auction, they want my 2003 OZ rally with 35,000Km for 7,500. I did not sell my. I kept mine. get someone to go to auction and bid for you. Good luck.
