Accessibility Statement

Our Approach

Car Forum World aims to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. The site has not been formally audited, and we do not claim that it conforms to those guidelines.

We want people with different abilities and different devices to be able to read our car repair and replacement parts content without a struggle.

What the Team Tries to Do

The Car Forum World Editorial Team keeps these practices in mind when writing and publishing pages:

  • Write in plain, readable text with clear headings and short paragraphs.
  • Add alt text to images so screen reader users know what they show.
  • Keep pages usable with a keyboard alone.
  • Use link text that says where the link goes, rather than “click here”.
  • Choose text and background colors with good contrast.

Known Limits

Some things are outside our control. Store pages that our affiliate links lead to, and any embedded content from other providers, follow their own accessibility standards. We cannot fix problems on those pages.

Because the site has not been audited, some pages may still have barriers we have not found yet.

Report a Barrier

If you have trouble using any page, please email contact@carforumworld.com. Tell us the page address, what went wrong and, if you can, the device or assistive technology you were using.

We take these reports seriously and use them to improve the site. You can also reach us through the Contact Us page.
